	Situated on the outskirts of the small village of Margon; 11 minutes by car from Pézenas + 30 minutes from the sea. The bungalow, completed end of 2007, is set in its own pretty walled garden, with trees and flowering shrubs, a 5 minutes walk to village square.

Accommodation
3 bedrooms each with large fitted wardrobe: 2 double (1 ensuite) 1 twin bedded, second bathroom. Both bathrooms have king sized shower, sink, WC and heated towel rail.

	Dining lounge. The dining area with table, chairs and dresser has a large picture window looking onto the pool. The lounge area is comfortably furnished with sofas, armchairs, coffee table, satellite TV and DVD. A patio door leads onto a partly covered patio. Ideal for outside dining. Garden furniture provided.
All electric kitchen with breakfast bar, microwave, oven & hob, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The kitchen leads into pool room housing the 6 m pool heated to 30°C (Note: not deep enough for diving)
Utility room has an airing cupboard, iron, washing machine, etc. Cool box and melamine tableware provided for picnics. Double glazing and electric radiators providing year round comfort.

Included in the price
Once a week house cleaning. Pool maintenance and heating. All electricity. All bed linen. Duvets and covers for cooler weather. Towels: 2 hand and 2 bath towels per person per week. Kitchen towels and tea towels. Linen and towels changed weekly.

Note: Please bring your own beach towels.
